d .2 I was measured for a bra fitting two months ago. Brought 2 bras, one the hook came undone and the second the sewing came away. Went back, measured again, given replacements, same thing happened, different person, said that she had had several complaints about the first person who measured me. Went away feeling quite happy. Within a week, new bras, hook broke on one and the sewing broke on the other!!! Spoke to the manager, she agreed to measure me herself, apologised and offered me a free cup
