e .2 visited the store at Kingston Milton Keynes yesterday- Saturday 26th November. I was looking for some Ginger Wine; couldn't find it and searched the whole food section for someone to ask but only saw checkout staff. I gave up and bought the rest of my shopping. Then I visited the customer toilets. Oh dear. Messy, dirty, no hand towels, no toilet paper. Not what I expect from this store. Again, I couldn't find anyone to speak to about this.
