My review is a little long, but that is because I have a lot to say about this company. Beddistock states it has straight forward guidelines on how they operate and the ordering process was not too complicated. They also provided a delivery window and the order arrived well packed. However the value for money and their pricing strategy is not so good, the price they charge is 20% more than the usual RRP for newer products. Their website also mentions a returns policy however this is inaccurate, as I experienced firsthand. What they don't tell you is that if you don't let them know you want to return your order in time, your returns right will be void and will be charged extra to get an exchange. Before placing your order, read their terms and conditions so you know where you stand in regards to your consumer rights.

I told the customer service agent the same thing that I am writing here. I used them because I needed to have gift ordered for a birthday present. I didn't think they were even going to send it on time, because their customer service representatives seemed to have a very hard time even answering my questions. It took them a month, but I got my order eventually. They sent the wrong item and refused to acknowledge any of it and im still waiting to hear back from them.

Even though they are not the cheapest company, I tried ordering from their website and didn't benefit much. Despite the customer service trying their best to resolve my queries, I feel there were some communication barriers that got in the way of my requests which eventually led to being sent the wrong order and getting delivered later than requested. I appreciate that they were able to solve this in the end however it was too late by then and I didn't have a need for it.

DO NOT USE THEM, I speak on behalf of a friend which purchased from them. Beddistock.co.uk promises to provide quality discounted electronics, but they do not. Their customer service ″professionals″ didn't want to answer anything that she asked. When they completed her order, she had to request it to be delivered within 7 days - and had to pay more for that.

They charge as if they were redoing the floors of your home and they are quick to take payment however will keep themselves covered if you question their returns policy which can leave you out of pocket if you're not careful. If you try to ask them any questions, they make it seem like they're doing you a favor. Avoid.

Overall, their customer service is satisfactory, but I still believe they charge more than they should for alot of their product lines. I had to pay a lot of money in comparison to currys pc world, and the total price is not what was mentioned initially on their website.
